Open Space - Closed Minds

Yes, Open space can probably save costs, it may even look good when customers come to see the offices. Maybe it even gives more access to windows to people.But it has a terrible sound effect. We all talk over the phone as part of our daily tasks. We are not silent programmers. We are Israelis with loud voices. We strongly believe that our work efficiency will drop by being placed in open space together. While one of us will have loud discussion, the rest will be forced to listen and will work less efficiently. Please keep that in mind and remember, as you usually say to us, that people are the most important asset of the company. If that is so, please consider the people's needs regarding work space.
