אנו קוראים לאוניברסיטת רייכמן ולחברת מטרופולין למצוא פתרון ביחד עם משרד התחבורה בנוגע להגעתם של סטודנטים רבים מהעיר תל אביב הצמודה להרצליה.
כיום, בתחנה שנמצאת מחוץ לאוניברסיטה קיים רק קו ישיר אחד לת"א - קו 347 של חברת מטרופולין. הקו, שאמור להגיע בתדירות של רבע שעה, לא רק שאינו מגיע בזמנים (תדירות הקו עומדת על כ-40 דקות עד שעה ואף יותר בשעות העומס), אלא שלעיתים מגיע לתחנה בה מחכים עשרות סטודנטים כשהוא כבר מלא, כך שהנהג מדלג על התחנה. גם במקרים בהם חלק מן הסטודנטים מצליחים לעלות על האוטובוס, מדובר בנסיעה מסוכנת שבה עומדים בערך כ-20 אנשים במהלך נסיעה בכביש מהיר. הדבר פוגע גם בקשב של הנהג וגם בבטיחות של כלל נוסעי האוטובוס.
