Public transport in Isfiya and of Daliyat al-Karmel on Saturday

הישוב עספיא מונה 11,131 תושבים, הישוב דלית אל-כרמל מונה 15,847 תושבים, יחדיו הם מונים את הכמות הנדרשת לאוכלוסיית עיר, אבל זה לא מונע מאגד לא לפתוח קו אוטובוס לישובים בשבת, לא במהלך יום השבת ולא במוצאי השבת. מהישובים בשבת יש רק אוטובוס אחד ויחיד קו 296 של נתיב אקספרס הנוסע לאוניברסיטה, אך מסיבה כלשהי הנהגים לא עוצרים בישובים עספיא ודלית אל כרמל ואין שום אוטובוס חזרה . בחיפה, כשבע דקות נסיעה מעספיא יש אוטובוס המגיע לאוניברסיטה כל שעה במהלך השבת ובצאת השבת התחבורה חוזרת לתנועה רגילה, אבל מעבר לאוניברסיטה אין תחבורה ציבורית הולמת. אני פניתי לחברת אגד וגם אומני אקספרס (המפעילה קווים של תחבורה ציבורית בישוב) בשני החברות הטענה הייתה שאין ביקוש, לצורך הגילוי הנאות חברת אומני אקספרס אכן הפעילה אוטובוסים בשבת כחלק מקווי לילה, אבל האוטובוס הראשון היה ב23:30 בלילה, לקווים אלו אכן לא הייתה דרישה. אני חושב שלישובים עספיא ודלית אל כרמל מגיע תחבורה ציבורית הוגנת לפחות כמו בחיפה, תחילה אני הייתי רוצה לראות תחבורה ציבורית במוצאי שבת של חברת אגד, קו 37א או קו 55 כל חצי שעה נראה לי הוגן ביותר . כיום כאשר מחירי הדלק זינקו לגובה חסר תקדים התחבורה הציבורית הינה הפיתרון היחיד למצב.אני מבקש מכל מי שגר בישובים והיה רוצה לראות תחבורה ציבורית במוצאי שבת אנא תחתמו על העצומה, אני יודע שאם קווים אלו יופעלו יהיה ביקוש אך רק אם נפעיל יחדיו לחץ על חברות התחבורה נוכל להגיע לתוצאות.

I contacted Egged and Omni Express (which operates bus lines in the towns, line 55, 50), both companies claimed that there is no bus lines on Saturday because there is no demand, for fair disclosure Omni Express had bus lines on Saturday as part of "Night lines", but the first bus from the towns was at 23:30, Because of this there was no demand for these lines and they were canceled. I think that the towns of Isfiya and Daliyat al-Karmel deserve public transportation as fair as in Haifa. First I would like to see buses, 37א and 55 every half hour on Saturday evening (after the Shabbat ends), I think it's more than fair, especially when gas prices nowadays reach an unprecedented price, public transport is the only solution. I ask all those who live in the area and would like to use public transportation on Saturday, please sign the petition, I'm sure that if these bus lines will operate on a Saturday there will be a demand for them, but only if we work together and pressure the bus companies we can achieve results.
