התנגדות להקצאה לחלב הארץ במקור חיים

הנדון: התנגדות להקצאה במקור חיים-יעקב בן דב

אני החתום/ה מטה, 

מתנגד/ת להקצאה הזאת.

שכונת מקור חיים נמצאת בתנופה של בניה, מספר התושבים בה גדל באופן ניכר, וצפוי להמשיך ולגדול, אבל, תהליך זה אינו מלווה במתן מענה הולם לצרכי התושבים. לכן נדהמתי לגלות כי בכוונת העירייה להקצות שטח בלב השכונה לטובת עמותה בשם "חלב הארץ", שאינה משרתת את תושבי השכונה.

כבר עתה משולבים בשכונה מוסדות על-אזוריים, ובאותו הזמן תושבי השכונה מופנים לגני ילדים ולמתנ"ס מחוץ לשכונה, מה שמכביד מאוד על המשפחות בשכונה.

מקור חיים עתידה להכפיל בשנים הקרובות את מספר תושביה. חסרים במקור-חיים גני ילדים עירוניים, מקום המתאים לחוגים ולמועדון, למבוגרים ולצעירים, בית כנסת אשכנזי לקהילת "באורך" הפועלת בשכונה, וכן חדרי פעילות לחוגים. צרכים אלו יכולים לקבל מענה במבנה רב-תכליתי (שלוחת מתנ"ס).

הקצאת הקרקע ל"חלב הארץ" תגביל את אפשרויות הפיתוח של השכונה ובניית מבני ציבור לטובת התושבים.

לאור האמור, אני נגד הקצאת שטח המיועד למבני ציבור לעמותת "חלב הארץ", שאינה משרתת את השכונה.

Le quartier Mekor Haim se trouve en pleine vague d'augmentation du nombre de constructions, le nombre d'habitants a augmenté de manière visible, et est censé continuer a augmenter. Cependant, ce développement n'est pas accompagné par un développement des infrastructures pour les habitants.  

C'est pourquoi j'ai été étonné de découvrir l'intention de la mairie d'attribuer un terrain au cœur du quartier a l'association "h'alav Haaretz" ne servant pas les habitants.

Déjà que dans la situation actuelle se trouve dans le quartier des institutions multi-zones et dans le même temps les habitants du quartier sont orientés vers des jardins d'enfants et des centres culture, jeunesse et sport (matnas) en dehors du quartier, ce qui complique la vie de tout les jours.

Le nombre d'habitants de Mekor Haim va doubler dans le futur. Il manque dans le quartier des jardins d'enfants municipaux, un endroit pour des rencontres culturels et des ateliers pour les adultes et les jeunes. L'attribution du terrain a "halav Haaretz" limite la possibilité de développement du quartier et de la construction de structures publics pour les habitants.

C'est pourquoi je m'oppose a l'attribution du terrain a l'association "Halav Haaretz" qui ne sert pas pas les habitants du quartier.

I the undersigned oppose said allocation.

The Mekor Chaim neighborhood is experiencing a rapid growth in construction. The number of its residents is growing significantly, and is expected to continue to grow.  But this development is not being accompanied by appropriate answers to the needs of its residents.

I was, therefore, shocked to discover that the Municipality intends to allocate a plot of land in the heart of the neighborhood for the benefit of anamuta (NGO) called “Chelev HaArets” which is not indigenous to the neighborhood and does not serve the needs of its residents.

Mekor Chaim already houses a number of city-wide institutions, while its own residents are sent to kindergartens and a community center in different neighborhoods altogether, causing significant hardship on local families.

It is estimated that the number of residents in Mekor Chaim will double in the coming years. Even now it lacks municipal kindergartens, an appropriate center for youth and adult activities, a suitable venue for its Kehilat B’Orcha synagogue, and a center for extra-curricular activities. These needs can all be answered in a multi-functional complex that would be an annex to the community center.

Allocating land in Mekor Chaim to Amutat Chelev HaArets will severely limit the kind of land development and/or construction that might benefit the people who actually live there.

In light of the above, I oppose allocating land designated for public buildings to Amutat Chelev HaArets which does not serve the needs of the neighborhood
