פיתחתם אפליקציה משחק מהנה, ברור לנו שדרש לכם השקעה מרובה של משאבים, זמן, כסף, יועצים, מומחים. רואים שהוא נבנה בחשיבה רבה ומתחכמת. גרמתם לנו השחקנים בכל העולם להתמכר.

עד כאן זה הכל תקין.

עד שהגיע התחושה שיש כאן ניצול רב מערכתי.

בזכות עשרות אלפי שחקנים בכל רחבי העולם, כולל ילדים, הנכם זוכים לרווחים עצומים מרכישות הרבות באפליקציה – שזה כמובן תקין לגמרי, כי זו בחירה שלנו.

אך אנחנו מרגישים שאין תמורה לכסף שאנו מוציאים.

1. שחקן שרוכש בוסטרים במהלך המשחק משקיע מאמץ כל החודש, כדי להתקדם ולהיות במקומות הגבוהים, יורד בכמה רמות חזרה להתחלה עם כולם, בכל סיום עונה. מבקשים להשאיר אותנו ברמה שכל אחד הגיע. 

2. כשאנו רוכשים סטיקרים רבים לאלבום, 99% מהם יוצאים כפולים, באופן לא הוגן, ממש ביזיון. אנו דורשים תמורה לרכישות ולכסף שאנו משלמים כדי לקבל רוב סטיקרים חסרים לאלבומים.

3. הבוסטרים האגדיים והמהדורה המיוחדת מוגזמים בכוחם מול כמעט כל בוסטר רגיל והמשחק אבוד מראש.לכן, אנו דורשים להגדיר מחדש בוסטר מול בוסטר בהפרש 2 דרגות מקסימום.

לאור, האמור, מן הצדק לשקול שינוי מסלול מחדש ולשנות את המהלכים לקראת משחק הוגן!!!

שאם לא כן, מרביתנו נפסיק לשחק עד סוף שנת 2021

 You have developed a fun game app, it is clear to us that it required a lot of investment of resources, time, money, consultants, experts. See that it was built with great thought and ingenuity. You made us players all over the world addicted. So far so good.

 Until the feeling came that there was multi-systemic exploitation here.

 Thanks to of thousands of players all over the world, including children, you are making huge profits From the many purchases in the app - which of course is perfectly fine, because it's our choice.

 But we feel that there is no value for the money we spend.

 1. A player who acquires boosters during the game puts effort all month, to advance and be in the top places, goes down a few levels back to the beginning with everyone, at the end of each season. We demand to keep us at a level that everyone deserves.

 2. When we buy a lot of stickers for an album, 99% of them come out double, unfairly, a real disgrace. We demand value for the purchases and money we pay to get most of the missing stickers for the albums.

 3. The legendary boosters and special edition are exaggerated in their power against almost any regular booster and the game is lost in advance. Therefore, we require redefining booster versus booster by a maximum of 2 levels. 

 In view of the, it  will be a justice to consider changing course again and changing the moves towards a fair game !!!

That if not, most of us will stop playing by the end of 2021
