התנגדות לכביש חדש במצפה נבו מעלה אדומים

שלום רב,

על העצומה הזו חתומים למטה אנשים שמתנגדים בתוקף להכרזתך האחרונה אודות תוכנית להקמת כביש ומעגל תנועה בתוך מצפה נבו. מטרת התוכנית היא להקל על התנועה משכונות אחרות שצפויה להפעיל לחץ רב מדי על התשתיות של שכונות אחרות לאחר הקמת מגדלי הקרן המתוכננים.

נכון לעכשיו, לעיר יש ארבע יציאות. לאור התנועה בחודשים האחרונים בעת ניסיון יציאה (או כניסה) מהעיר, ברור שזה לא מספיק. אבל הפתרון שלך הוא לא הוגן ומסוכן. נכון לעכשיו, כל הכניסות האחרות ממוקמות בקצוות החיצוניים של השכונות (03 ו-06 ו-07) או בעלות אפשרויות גישה מרובות (07). כולם כוללים כבישים שהם שני נתיבים לכל כיוון ויש להם חוצצים רחבים.

אף אחד מהם לא עובר בלב שכונה, כפי שאתם מתכננים את כביש מצפה נבו.

מצפה נבו היא שכונה שקטה, וכן, דתית. אין לה תשתית לטפל במאות מכוניות שנכנסות אליה בשעות העומס כשאנשים מהגיתית, המצילתיים, הענבל, קתרוס וממצפה נבו עצמה רוצים לצאת מהעיר בבוקר או לחזור בערב.

תוכנית מסוכנת

מדי בוקר, עשרות אנשים חוצים את הכביש כדי לתפוס אוטובוסים, להשתתף באירועים ולקבל שירותי דת. עשרות קניות בסופר המקומי. עשרות מנסים לצאת מבתיהם ברחוב הגיתית ולהגיח מחנויות ברחוב מצפה-נבו (כולל משאיות ורכבי ספקים) ולהשתלב בזרם התנועה. כל זה ישתבש. ברחוב הגיתית הצר והמפותל בקושי יש מקום לאוטובוס ולרכב לעבור בו זמנית, שני אוטובוסים זה כמעט בלתי אפשרי. בכביש הצר הזה - האם אתה מצפה שמאות כלי-רכב נוספים ייכנסו למצפה נבו? הסכנה של פגיעה בהולך רגל ו/או תאונות דרכים משמעותיות גדלה באופן דרסטי על ידי הכפלת מכוניות באזור צר ממילא ומתוכנן רע.

רכבי חירום ותחבורה ציבורית יעוכבו ויסכנו חיים. יש לנו לפחות 3 נהגי אמבולנס של מד"א שנכנסים ויוצאים בקביעות מהשכונה הקטנה שלנו. עיכוב בהגעה למישהו במצב חירום רפואי עלול לגרום לסבל אדיר ואף לאובדן חיים.

גודש בלתי אפשרי

במצפה נבו עצמה כבר יש לכם מאות משפחות (450) שכמו שאר מעלה אדומים נמצאות בדרכים בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות. אנחנו עובדים. אנחנו הולכים לבית הספר. התוכנית שלך תיצור נעילת צמתים מיידית שתעכב אנשים מלהגיע לעבודה, תגרום לילדים להגיע מאוחר לבית הספר ולנהגי אוטובוס ונהגים אחרים לתאונות מתוך פזיזות ודוחק.

מעגל התנועה ממוקם במרכז השכונה שלנו. זה ייצור פקקים בכל הכיוונים כמו מה שראינו כל יום במרכז העיר. למעט במרכז העיר, שם הייתה אופציה לבנות נתיב שני להקלת התנועה. כאן אין אפשרות כזו.

חוסר סובלנות דתית ומאבקי שכנות

למרות שניסית להבטיח לקהילת מצפה נבו שהכביש ייסגר בשבת, אנו מודעים היטב להבטחות נוספות שניתנו לקהילה שלנו (כולל בני כשריאל שהבטיח בישיבת עיר לפני הבחירות האחרונות) שלא יתכנן את הכביש המדובר, אם אנחנו לא רוצים את זה. מאות משפחות במצפה נבו מתאחדות נגד התוכנית שלך. אנחנו יודעים שברגע שתבנה כביש שיאפשר לאנשים לצאת דרך השכונה הקטנה שלנו, הם ידרשו שהכביש יהיה פתוח וזמין עבורם. במקום ההרמוניה והסובלנות שיש כעת בין השכונות, התוכנית שלכם תגביר את המחלוקת ותגרום לסכסוכי שכנים.

 לסיכום -

נוכח כל האמור ומעבר לו, אנו משוכנעים, כי אף לא גורם אחד, מקצועי, מנוסה ואחראי, או, לחלופין, אסטרטג תכנוני בעל שם, וכך רשויות האכיפה, כמשטרה והצלה - ייתנו את ידם למהלך משנה-כל, דרמטי וגורף, הטורף באחת את כל הקלפים הקנייניים והרגשיים כביתם-מבצרם של תושבים מודאגים, ועל כן נבקש שתפסיק את הטירוף הזה ותבטל את התוכנית הזו. בנה בתים היכן שיש תשתית לתמוך בכך. לבנות כבישים שבהם לא יפגעו בתושבים המקומיים ויסכנו את חייהם

Mayoral Candidate 2023This petition is signed below by people who are strongly opposed to your recent announcement of a plan to build a road and traffic circle inside Mitzpe Nevo. The goal of the plan is to relieve traffic from other neighborhoods that is expected to put too much pressure on the infrastructure of other neighborhoods once the planned Hakeren towers are built.Currently, the city has four exits. Given the traffic in the last few months while trying to exit (or enter) the city, it is clear that this is not enough. But your solution is an unfair and dangerous one. Currently, ALL other entrances are located on the outer edges of the neighborhoods (03 and 06 and 07) or have multiple access options (07). All feature roads that are two lanes in each direction and have wide dividers. None of them go through the heart of a neighborhood, as you are planning for the Mitzpe Nevo road. Mitzpe Nevo is a quiet neighborhood, and yes, a religious one. It does not have the infrastructure to handle hundreds of cars coming into it during the rush hours when people from HaGitit, Hamatsiltayim, HaInbal, Katros AND Mitzpe Nevo itself want to exit the city in the morning or return in the evening. Dangerous PlanEvery morning, dozens of people cross the road to catch buses, and attend religious services. Dozens shop in the local supermarket. Dozens try to exit their driveways on Hagitit and enter the flow of traffic. All this will be disrupted. The narrow, winding Hagitit barely has room for a bus and a car to pass at the same time, two buses is nearly impossible. On this narrow road, you expect hundreds to travel into Mitzpe Nevo? The danger of a pedestrian getting hit and/or major car accidents is drastically increased by the introduction of hundreds of cars into an already narrow, badly planned area.

Emergency vehicles and public transportation will be delayed and endanger lives. We have at least 3 MADA ambulance drivers who regularly enter and exit our small neighborhood and more than a dozen first-responders. A delay in reaching someone in a medical emergency can result in tremendous suffering and even loss of life.Impossible CongestionIn Mitzpe Nevo itself, you already have hundreds of families (450) who, like the rest of Maale Adumim, are on the go in the early morning hours. We work. We go to school. Your plan will create instant grid-lock that will delay people from getting to work, make children late to school, frustrate bus drivers and other drivers which will cause accidents and recklessness. The traffic circle is placed in the center of our neighborhood. It will create gridlock in all directions like what we saw every day in the center of the city. Except in the center of the city, there was an option to build a second lane to relieve traffic. Here there is no such option.

Religious Intolerance and Neighborhood StrifeThough you have attempted to assure the Mitzpe Nevo community that the road will be closed on Shabbat, we are well aware of other promises made to our community (including Benny Kashriel promising in a town meeting before the last elections) that he would not build the road if we do not want it. Hundreds of families in Mitzpe Nevo are uniting against your plan. We know that as soon as you build a road allowing people to exit through our small neighborhood, they will demand that the road be open and available to them. Instead of the harmony and tolerance that now exists between the neighborhoods, your plan will increase strife and make enemies from neighbors.

In view of all that has been said and beyond, we are convinced that not a single professional, experienced and responsible party, or a renowned planning strategist, such as enforcement, as the police and rescue - will give their hand to a move that changes everything, a dramatic, that preys on you at once. All the proprietary and emotional cards are the home-fortress of concerned residents, so we ask that you stop this madness and cancel this plan. Build houses where there is infrastructure to support. to build roads that will not harm the residents and endanger their lives
