שימוש ברחבת קוואדרה

רחבת הכניסה הציבורית למתחם קוואדרה, משמשת את כל דיירי הבניינים ואורחיהם למעבר נוח ובטוח ושהייה רגועה בה.

על מנת לשמר את המתחם בייעוד המשמש את כלל הדיירים אנו דורשים לקבוע סעיף בתקנון הדיירים:

א. הרחבה אינה מיועדת למשחקי כדור לפיכך חל איסור לקיים בה משחקי כדור מכל סוג שהוא בכל שעות היממה, מטעמי בטיחות, ורעש סביבתי.

בסמכות חברת הניהול לשלול זכויות שימוש במתקני הקומפלקס לדייר או שוכר שיפר הנחיות אלו.

ב. חל איסור כניסה למתחם הרחבה כולו, לרכב מנועי דו גלגלי [אופנוע]- זאת משיקולי בטיחות, רעש וזיהום אוויר. 

על חברת הניהול לפעול כמיטב יכולה למניעת מיטרד זה.

The public entrance plaza to the Quadra complex, is used by all the occupants of the buildings and their guests for a comfortable and safe passage and a relaxing stay in it.

In order to preserve the complex with a purpose that is used by all the tenants, we require that a section be established in the tenants' regulations:

A. The extension is not intended for ball games, therefore it is forbidden to hold ball games of any kind around the clock, for safety reasons, and environmental noise.

The management company has the authority to deny rights to use the complex facilities to a tenant or tenant who has improved these guidelines.

B. It is forbidden to enter the entire extension complex, for a two-wheeled motor vehicle [motorcycle] - this is for safety, noise and air pollution reasons.

The management company must act to the best of its ability to prevent this nuisance.
