תושבי אפרת דורשים מהמועצה השקעה בעיטם

אנו, תושבי אפרת, מתאחדים וחותמים על עצומה זאת כדי להביע את תמיכתנו האיתנה ביוזמות הפיתוח והבטיחות הנוגעות לעיטם וכן לקרוא למועצת אפרת למתוך בצעדים החיוניים הבאים:

1. מתן גישה לתושבי עיטם: אנו קוראים לרשויות להבטיח כי לתושבי עיטם כמו גם לתושבי אפרת תהיה גישה עצמאית לאיתם דרך השער.
2. יצירת כביש גישה: חובה לסלול כביש גישה ייעודי לעיטא"ם. כביש זה יאפשר נסיעה קלה ובטוחה לתושבים, למבקרים ולשירותי החירום. כביש גישה בנוי היטב הוא חיוני לפיתוח ולנגישות של EITAM, ומבטיח שכל התושבים יוכלו לנסוע ביעילות ובבטחה.
3. הקמת כיתת כוננות :הקמת כיתת כוננות היא הכרחית למתן סיוע מיידי במקרי חירום מקומיים. בכל שכונה באפרת יש כיתת כוננות וכך גם צריך להיות בעיטם.
4. אספקת ציוד לביטחון וכיבוי אש: אנו קוראים לספק ציוד אבטחה וכיבוי אש חיוני לשמירה על הבתים והסביבה הטבעית של העיטם. הזמינות של ציוד אבטחה, מטפים, צינורות, ציוד מגן וכלים נחוצים אחרים תאפשר לכיתת הכוננות להגיב במהירות לשריפה ולמקרי חירום אחרים.
5. תשתיות בסיסיות: המועצה צריכה לפתח ביוב וחשמל לעיטם בתור שירותים בסיסיים שדרושים לכל תושבי אפרת.

על ידי תמיכה בעצומה זו, אנו פועלים למען רווחתם של שכנינו ופיתוח בר קיימא של הקהילה שלנו. אנו מבקשים מהמועצה לתעדף יוזמות אלה ולפעול ליישומן המהיר.

We, the residents of EFRAT, come together to express our strong support for the development and safety initiatives concerning THE EITAM. Our community stands united in advocating for the following essential measures:

1. Provide Access to Residents of the Eitam: We urge the authorities to ensure that the residents of THE EITAM as well as residents of Efrat have independent access to the Eitam through the gate.
2. Create an Access Road: It is imperative to construct a dedicated access road to THE EITAM. This road will facilitate easy and safe travel for residents, visitors and emergency services. A well-constructed access road is fundamental to the development and accessibility of THE EITAM, ensuring that all residents can travel efficiently and safely.
3. Establish a KITAT KONENUT: The establishment of a KITAT KONENUT (Rapid Response Team) is imperative for providing immediate assistance during local emergencies. Every neighborhood in Efrat has a KITAT KONENUT and so should the Eitam.
4. Provide Equipment for Security and Fire Fighting: We call for the provision of essential security and fire-fighting equipment to safeguard the homes and natural environment of THE EITAM. The availability of security equipment, fire extinguishers, hoses, protective gear, and other necessary tools will empower residents and the KITAT KONENUT to respond promptly to fire and other emergencies.
5. Basic Infrastructure: The Eitam needs to have essential sewage and electric facilities which we need the Moetza to build.

We believe that these measures are critical for ensuring the safety, accessibility, and resilience of THE EITAM. By supporting this petition, we are advocating for the well-being of our neighbors and the sustainable development of our community. We kindly request that the Moetza prioritize these initiatives and work towards their prompt implementation.
